It all depends. I know a family that coincidentally named three kids with "z" names and the other two with c and l. it's sort of odd, but my family gave us all greek names. they dont sound alike at all, but they have a theme. my fathers family all have roman/latin names. i think, if you want a pattern, go for a more subtle one, such as a not too obvious theme, rather than by first letter. also, ophelia isnt a very pretty name, and i think the modernistic clashing with the old is the same sort of problem as the first letter.

I am a dental assistant and my office recently hired a receptionist that overlaps appointments. We have a lot of HMOs. Usually the schedule is so tight that we are always running behind. I head seems so messed up. I haven't cut myself in a little less than a year but when I did cut myself I felt so happy. It hurt to cut myself, but once it was done I felt so good. When I am angry I am full of rage and feel like I am on the brink of snapping and losing it. I cannot even remember the last time I cried.I workout out and run 6 days a week. I am a healthy 23 year old 5'10 1/2" and 180lbs. Sometimes I get so depressed I do not even want to eat. When I close my eyes I feel the emotional pain.I no longer sleep because I have this pain in my shoulder and neck and sometimes lower pack to the point where I cannot sleep. What is weird is the pain will one day be on my right side and then the next be on my left side and both in the same spot. The pain is not from working out because I do it with perfect form. Maybe this is where I store my stress, I don't know. Deep down inside I feel so empty and lifeless. I have NEVER had suicidal thoughts. So when I did go to cut myself, everything just seemed like it stopped and slowed down a bit. It felt great but I knew it wasn't good for me.Then again things do seem to go at a faster pace then they should be. What the hell is wrong with me?

first my probation officer issues a warrant for my arrest; 2 hours later i show up to his office. he tells me i have not paid on my fines($1933.00) and i failed to report.so, i get arrested and he told me sense i completed my community service( which i volunteered for) i can bond out in means of paying my entire fine(cash only). so, my mom managed to pay my fine given that i'm in college and she didn't want me to be dropped from school. now that i'm released from jail my probation officer told me i still have to go to court to revoke my conditional discharge. now let me state the facts, on January 3,2010 i was arrested for shoplifting,obstruction, and false information to a police officer. yes! indeed this was very stupid, however the judge felt that since it was my first time in trouble and i was still in high school with good grades she gave me a second chance. i was given 2 years probation and if i completed it, my record will continue to stay clear. i must admit my probation officer has been very patient with me, however, i live in a very small town in south Georgia; so getting a job was very difficult and majority of the first year of my probation i was pregnant. all i have positive in my life is that i'm in college with a gpa of 3.3. i have hopes of graduating with a b.a. in sociology and to become a social worker, juvenile counselor or probation officer. besides that while i'm getting my degree i want to join the army and learn about information technology and hopefully get a couple of certifications to become a computer specialist or something of that nature. i go to court July 19 to see if i am able to keep my conditional discharge so my record will remain clear. my question is what usually happens at the revocation hearing? and if the judge does decide to take away my conditional discharge will i still be able to enlist in the army? what can i possibly say or do to keep this conditional discharge?

I am 13 & always fly southwest. You're not an unacompanied minor anymore, you are considered an "adult" at 12. You would not have to bring any birth certificates, and yes, you can take connecting flights. Being an "adult" now, means you can basically do anything your parents would do as well. You can choose your own seats instead of being put in the front too. Southwest is a great airline! While they don't have tv's or anything their crews are funny. How to start an interfacility transfer between hospitals? (Transfer patient hospitals)?

I need to move my mother to a different hospital but I dont know what my options are. 3 year old child keeps crying in sleep?

It's 3:30 in the morning and I am sitting here in tears. I am listening to my 3 year old cry every 5 mins in her sleep. She doesn't have a fever. I've noticed in the last week or two a distinct bulls eye shaped rash on my neck and near my left shoulder develop. I don't remember the exact day I first noticed it but I woke up one morning and it was there. It doesn't itch and isn't painful, it just feels dry. After looking this up the only common suspect in Lyme disease. I don't have any other symptoms of this though, I have no headaches or fever like symptoms, I am not outdoors very much and I live in the Southwest. I mean, the doctors don't set the prices for surgeries and equipment, they're doctors. I am genuinely asking to know how this works.

Your daughter is a girl. You need to accept that and give her a girls name. By not doing that you are basically saying I wish I had a boy. A feminine name doesn't make you delicate. What does my dream mean?

In my dream it started out with me walking up to my house, only it was in an empty parking lot for as far as i could see. I went up stairs where I made a left to come to a hallway (normal setup of my house). There are two rooms I can go in, my room to the left or my parents' room to the right. I am having issues teaching my three and a half year old daughter patience. If she asks for something and I can't get it for her right away she gets angry, starts crying and freaks out. I have tried to explain to her that she needs so wait until I am able to get her chocolate milk or I can't read her a book because I am driving etc. and she repeats over and over until it gets be to either get it for her or ends up in a time out for losing her temper and not being patient. Why Do Doctors In Arkansas act like Patients are Idiots?

I was referred to EVER TOUCHED my body and told me there was trouble with C-3, C-4 , C-5 and C-6 in my neck. And narrowing in 6 places of my spine. He said he could see something wrong with either my heart or lungs. There was clouding over my neck area where my neck joins my body. He never once touched my body or my spine at anytime. Told me he wanted me to have a Chest, Lung and Heart Xray done to see what was wrong. But then in the next sentence said he wanted me walking 3 mile 3 times a day. Said I was a little over weight. I know this. I have degenerative bone disease of my hips and walking across the floor is a Challenge most days. Just getting off the bed of a morning is painful. I wake up at least 3 times a night in pain. He told me to take Ibprofen for the pain. And sent me to physical therapy for some exercises for my neck and back. And they want me to get this traction device to put 20 pounds of traction on my neck 4 times a day for 30 minutes at a time. I told him I had trouble even walking 25 maybe 50 feet to my mailbox without being in such pain In my hip I wanted to scream. I got to the mailbox one day last week and almost past out from the shooting pain in my left hip. It feel like the Ball is trying to break off my hip bone or my pelvic bone is breaking. But he did not even seem to care. I asked what was causing the Numbness in my arms and legs and he basically said because I was fat and Lazy. And never answered any of my Questions. All he said was that what I have is Hereditary I got it from my mother and my ancestors. I said what do I have and he said Exercise is the key do it for 6 months to stregthen my back and then we will see if we need to do surgery. But after he said something was WRONG with the Heart or Lungs I am scared to do the exercises and or start the walking 3 mile from home. My husband is a truck driver and gone at least 16 hours a day. So I will have to walk by myself. I suggested getting a treadmill at least I could walk in the house still get my 3 mile in and be safe doing it. Where if something happened I could be by the phone to call for help. The doctor said NO walk outside and by a year I should be able to walk 3 mile in 45 minutes 3 times a day. When I was young and in Better health I could not walk 3 mile a day. I had Spinal Meningitus at 2 months old and was told all my life I would be lucky to walk past 30 I will be 50 in 30 days. I have degenerative Spinal Disc Disease. Arthritis Of the Spine and Degenerative Bone Disease. But the back Doctor Did not even seem to care. What I told him. He said do the exercises and we will see in 6 months.

My mother is suffocating me?

My dad has a trucking job and brings home good income so we have a good house with multiple rooms with multiple beds. But my mom just wants to share a bed with me like im a little kid and im 13 years old going into 14. i bought a new computer and i want to stay up late and my mom has no problem with that but she always goes sleep before me in my room where the computer is .
