Closet Makeover/Fashion Help Please!!?

I went through my closet today and took out all the stuff that didnt fit me or that was in bad condition or that i never wore and the result is that now i have almost nothing!!! I need help!! I have two pairs of jeans (one doesnt fit me perfectly but it fits), no shorts, about two g those abercrombie tank tops, a short tight dark jeans skirt, a short tight blue skirt (as in bright blue), a frilly white skirt, some long sleeve shirts, and a few fancy dresses. Can you give me any advice on what I need, like any neccesities a girl should always have in her closet, and some good cheap stores? I live in Florida so nothing too warm, and I'm 13. Thanks!!
