Where can i find some cute, cheap mini skirts for teenagers?

Now that its summer we have to wear some more shorter clothing and sometime soon im going clothes shopping for summer. Ive lately been into skirts and dresses (but not super girly frilly dresses) & and ive been wondering where can i find some cute, but cheap (30 dollars maximum) mini skirts. but not TO short. about a little higher then my mid thigh? p.s. skirts for teenagers
