Where can I find clothing in the U.S. that looks like Liz Lisa style clothing?

I would be fine with ordering clothes online as long as it comes from the U.S. When I say Liz Lisa style clothing iI mean floral, frilly, and feminine.....wow.....if there was one more "F" it would look like my report card......JUST KIDDING!!!!
