Southwest airlines tickets??? help?

i am leaving to PITS on july 1st, i need to know how to print out these tickets?? or does the lady at the airport look it up on the computer for my name?? thank you! and do you need to bring a passport because i dont have a drivers license.. so is there a passport involed because i do have one! thanks!
