What skirts are in this year?

I used to wear high-waisted skirts but I can't find any in the store this year! So what skirts are in this year, if any? I looked in AE and Hollister and they are just selling the same slutty frilly things they've probably been selling for the last 10 years. But is there any skirt trend right now? Thanks
