I am looking for information on what is the best zip codes in Las Vegas?

looking for a nice rental of an apartment or condo, near shops, restaurants and some public transportation, I want a clean neighborhood with no rift raft! I hear southwest area is good, do you have any zip codes for that and how about northwest is that a good area too?
