It just dosent look right down there ?

So i had an examination for sti's ECT... but there is something tht is worrying me which the doctor didnt even mention, above my vaginal entrence the peice of skin above is tearing, like it has become all frilly, but u can only notice it, if you touch it then you can see that there are cracksss, and then it looks like a peice of skin is falling off..... it has realii fustrated me as the dotor didnt say anything, and its just lowering myself confidence....what do i do nowww :/
